Melissa Dawn Engle-man, Redgranite, was in court on Oct. 6 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court orders $10,000 Cash Bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possess/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 26.

Christopher J. Ambler, Wild Rose, was in court on Oct. 6 on a count of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 16.

Logan John Riegert, Wild Rose, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A final pre-trial is scheduled for Nov. 18.

Lisa A. Cassio, Pine River, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). Plea: Ct. 1 – No Contest. Ct. 2 – Dismissed outright. Court orders: Four and a halfyear term of imprisonment - Bifurcated sentence - 18 mos IC/36 mos ES - 111 days CFTS. ES conditions: $1500 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, $42.50 Blood Draw fee w/ 60 DTP or PP, Lifetime DL revocation, three year IID restriction, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 14 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Defendant not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program. 90 days WC as to each count concurrent with each other and the sentence in - five days – three days CFTS, Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. Appeal rights given.

Bradley L. Maves, Anitgo, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Plea: No Contest. Court accept plea and enters JOC. Court orders: One year probation - Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given. $811.50 forfeiture w/ 60 DTP or PP, seven mo DL revocation, OWI Assessment.

Dustin J. Olandese, Sioux Falls, SD, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Drive or Operate Vehicle w/o /Consent. Based on non-appearance the Court authorizes the issuance of a bench warrant.

Christian R. Newby, Waupaca, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>2500-10,000g) and a count of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony. The Court finds that a violation has occurred and revokes the defendant’s Huber privileges for the duration of the sentence. The Court will revisit the issue in the event that the defendant is able to produce a prescription for the medication that was taken. Work Release – Revoked for the duration of the sentence.

Dennis Joseph Bornhofer, Coloma, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Intent. Abuse Patients-Cause Bodily Harm and a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. A jury trial is scheduled for March 17, 2022.

Chad J. Mulvey, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. The Court respectfully declines bond modification. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 16.

Justin J. Sertle, Redgranite, was in court on Oct. 7 on two counts of Battery to Law Enforcement Officer, a count of Attempt Battery to Law Enforcement Officer, and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 7.

Dale R. Ross, Redgranite, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. The Court respectfully declines bond modification at this time. Victim present in the courtroom. Statement by the victim. The Court removes the no contact condition of bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.

Kathleen A. Kenney, Wild Rose, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Manuf/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics. Hearing to address the State’s motion to revoke work release privileges. The defendant does not dispute that a violation has occurred. The Court finds that a violation has occurred. Statement by DE. Court revokes work release privileges for the duration of the sentence.

Alexander Leon Swift, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Battery to Law Enforcement Officer and a count of Attempt Battery to Law Enforcement Officer. The Court accepts voluntary waiver of the preliminary hearing. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 7.

Nichole Renie Duket, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+). Defendant does not contest extension of the probation. The Court extends the period of supervision for a period of one year.
