Kimberly Mary Busch, Berlin, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Nov. 15.

Jeremy J. Hoople, Ripon, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and a count of Receiving Stolen Property >$5000 - $10,000. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 16.

 

Joseph Daniel Monsoor, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). Court orders defense motions to be filed by no later than Nov. 1. State’s motions to be filed by Nov. 15. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Nov. 18.

Rosa A. Rivera, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>5-15g), a count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), and two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (>1-5g). A plea hearing is scheduled for Nov. 5.

Peter A. Idsvoog, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of OWI (6th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (6th). A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 22.

Krystal L. Schmidtke, Lodi, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine(3-10g). The Court will allow for two provisional jurors. A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 20. 2022.

William J. Sanders, Waupaca, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Operate with Restricted Controlled Substance (5th or 6th). A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 29.

Jason G. Niemuth, Fremont, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of OWI (5th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th). Court orders: Six year term of imprisonment - Bifurcated sentence - three yrs IC/three yrs ES - 297 days CFTS - ES Conditions: DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid, all previous license restrictions reimposed. Appeal rights given. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 30 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Defendant not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program.

Devin M. Berg, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 1 on a count of Possess w/Intent-Designer Drugs (<=3g), a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC(>200-1000g), count of Maintain Trafficking Place, a count of Battery by Prisoners, and three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court makes statement and sentences the defendant to: CT 1- Ten year WSP to be served as five years IC & five years ES. 461 days CTS. CT 2- six year WSP to be served as three years IC & three years ES, concurrent to each other and consecutive to any sentence currently being served. Conditions: AODA and follow through, The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and the Challenge Incarceration Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than four years as to CT 1 & 30 months as to CT 2 of the term of Initial Confinement. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 29.

Court orders: Six year term of imprisonment - Birfucated sentence – three years IC/three years ES - 160 days CFTS - ES Conditions: Rest $1873.41 - $1373.41 to Rural Mutual Insurance and $500 to S. Sirvio to be repaid in monthly increments of no less than $200 starting the first day of the first month 30 days following release from IC, NC w/ Four Seasons Restaurant and/or S. Sirvio, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Appeal rights given. Defendant not eligible for the Substance Abuse Program or the Challenge Incarceration Program.
