Dylan J. Salisbury, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 23 on a count of Stalking. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 28.

Logan John Riegert, Wild Rose, was in court on Aug. 23 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 23.

Cassandra Marie Wilson, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Aug. 24 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 2.

Elizabeth Lou Rodriquez, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Aug. 24 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. Court makes statement prior to sentencing and sentences the defendant to: CT 1 - 6: S/W- three years probation. Conditions: CT 1 Only- 60 days WCJ, with Huber. No Good Time Credit. Credit for 3 days served. Court does not object to jail transfer. To Commence no later than Oct. 1. Conditions on all counts: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Report any Rx within 24 hours to supervising agent. Defendant is to have No contact with individuals with prior controlled substance convictions or are reputed to have been involved in drug related activity. Costs to include jury fee be paid within 60 days or payment plan. Court orders jury fee to be paid first. Court will allow the defendant to petition for early termination after two years, with joined request by the supervising agent. DNA Sample and Surcharge Assessed. Court explains right to expunge DNA through DOJ. Appeal Rights Given.
