Christopher R. Thiele, Waupaca, was in court on June 15 on a count of Possess Firearm – Convicted of a Felony and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court finds the defendant is not indigent but will appoint council and requites payment of $250 by June 18 and then $100 per month commencing July 1 and each month until further order of the court. Court finds good cause to adjourn initial appearance and tolls and any time limits that apply. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 6.

Court grants 116 days CTS on each count. Conditions of ES: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. GED/HSED, Costs to be paid through DOC collections. DNA Sample is on file and Surcharge ordered by the Court. CT 4- Costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. Court finds DE is not eligible for CIP. Court finds DE eligible for SAP but not eligible to be released to ES until at least 18 months on Ct 1 & 14 months on Count 2 IC served. Appeal Rights Given.

Randy M. Prelesnik, Westfield, was in court on June 15 on a count of OWI (5th). The Court makes a statement and will grant the defendant the opportunity to comply with work release rules and will reinstate the directive from Apr. 23. Court makes further statement regarding compliance.
