Nathan Scott Hayden, Saint Paul, MN, was in court on May 20 on a count of Burglary-Arm Self w/ Dangerous Weapon and a count of Theft-Movable Property-Special Facts. The Court orders defense motions to be filed by June 11 and State’s motions by June 25. A final pre-trail is scheduled for June 28.

Jason W. Kline, Wautoma, was in court on May 20 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation and nine counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 29.

Candis S. Bourdo, Princeton, was in court on May 20 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Plea: No Contest. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Court orders: S/W two years probation - Conditions: 30 days WC Jail - Huber, No GT, 11 days CFTS, the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction, sentence to commence by no later than July 1, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, Atty fees w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Robert E. Winters IV, Bancroft, was in court on May 20 on a count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. The Court orders defense motions be filed by July 1, State’s by July 15. A final pre-trial is scheduled for July 30.

Dennis Joseph Bornhofer, Coloma, was in court on May 20 on a count of Intent. Abuse Patients-Cause Bodily Harm and a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. The Court orders defense motions to be filed by June 1 and State’s by June 15. A final pre-trial is scheduled for June 28.

Josue M. Rodriquez, Berlin, was in court on May 20 on a count of OWI Cause Injury (2+) and a count of PAC Cause Injury (2+). A status conference is scheduled for June 29.

Stefon A. Stefanovic, Hancock, was in court on May 20 on a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. The parites have received the doctor’s report. The Court finds that the defendant is not competent but likely to regain competence within a period of one year. The Court orders that the defendant be placed in the in-patient competency restoration program. The Court does not order a medication and treatment order. The Court finds that there is 45 days CTS. The Court affirms the previous Riverside Ruling.

Arturo Sandocal-Ceron, Carson City, MI, was in court on May 21 on a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault. Brenda A. Passarelli, Wautoma, was in court on May 24 on a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 29.

Aaron Y. Hernandez, Berlin, was in court on May 24 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, and a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. The Court requires all pre-trial motions to be filed by June 8. A final pre-trial is scheduled for June 15.

Christopher B. Wallner, Plainfield, was in court on May 24 on a count of Abuse-Intentionally Cause Harm and a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. The Court orders defense motions be filed by July 1 and State’s motions to be filed by July 15. Court enters Riverside Ruling in facor of the State and probably cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. Court orders: Ct 1 - Seven mos WC Jail - Huber, GT, 45 days CFTS, sentence to commence forthwith, the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another facility, Ct 2 - Seven mos WC Jail concurrent with Count 1. Court orders: Eight and a half year term of imprisonment - Bifurcated sentence - 42 mos IC/60 mos ES - 129 days CFTS - ES Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, $5000 fine plus costs, $42.50 Blood Draw Cost, Lifetime DL revocation, three year IID restriction. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 32 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Defendant not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program. Appeal rights given.

Mark A. Hurtado, San Antonio, TX, was in court on May 25 on two counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). Based on non-appearance the Court authorizes the issuance of a bench warrant extraditable within the Continental US. The Court tolls any applicable time limits that relate to the Post Plea Diversion Agreement pending execution of the warrant.

Bond previously posted to be applied to restitution. Appeal rights given.
