Ralph L. Schimelpfenig, Wautoma, was in court on May 12 on a count of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault. A jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 6.

Garrett H. Gogin, Plover, was in court on May 12 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). A status conference has been scheduled for June 8.

Nicole A. Kitchen, Neenah, was in court on May 12 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court orders: S/W two years probation - Conditions: 15 days WC Jail - Huber, No GT, 1 day CFTS, the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction, Sentence to commence by no later than July 1, 2021, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP,

Crystal A. Heyer, Machesney Park, IL, was in court on May 12 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). An Arraignment is scheduled for June 9.

Brian James Reilly, Neenah, was in court on May 12 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 9.

Justin J. Socha, Plainfield, was in court on May 12 on a count of Sex Offender-Fail/Update Information. Court orders $3000 Cash Bond. IA Scheduled – NOH Given. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for May 25.

Eric Mark Gehrke, Stratford, was in court on May 13 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A motion hearing is scheduled for June 18.

Joseph A. Marvin, Redgranite, was in court on May 13 on a count of Disorderly Conduct – Domestic Abuse Repeater. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 11.

Luke A. Collins, Wild Rose, was in court on May 13 on a count of Theft-Movable Property >$10,000-$100,000. Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and stays JOC. Court accepts terms and conditions of PPDA. Matter stayed for 15 months. Court reminds the defendant that the bond remains in effect throughout the pendency of the PPDA.

Oscar Rodriquez Jr., Wautoma, was in court on May 13 on a count of OWI (7th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (7th). The court orders the defense motions be filed by June 1 and State’s motions to be filed by June 15. Final pre-trial scheduled for June 21.

Tamara Lynn Buckholz, Waupaca, was in court on May 17 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 7.

David A. Day, Boscobel, was in court on May 18 on a count of Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force, etc. A status conference is scheduled for July 13.

Aaron George Summers, Pine River, was in court- on May 18 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1000g). Defense motions due June 15, State’s by July 1. A final PTC is set for July 20.

Daniel J. Zettel, Wautoma, was in court on May 18 on a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault. A status conference is scheduled for June 15.

Michael D. Zlab Jr., Wild Rose, was in court on May 18 on a count of OWI (4th), a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th), and two counts of Battery to Law Enforcement Officer. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 12.

Derrick L. Brown, Chicago, IL, was in court on May 18 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. Court has read the complaint, finds probably cauase and enters an order binding the defendant over. Plea: Not Guilty. A status conference is scheduled for June 15.

 

Michael Omar Mag-allanes, Wautoma, was in court on May 18 on a count of Threats to Injure/Accuse of Crime. Plea: No contest. Court acceptcs plea and enters JOC. Court sentences the defendant to: S/W- 18 months probation. CONDITIONS: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No argumentative or confrontational contact with Kimberly King or Kaitlynn Haizlip. $100 fine plus costs plus Attorney Ulrich’s fees to be paid through bond posted and balance to be paid within 60 days. DNA Sample and Surcharge ordered by the Court. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal Rights Given.

Todd Zachary Medd, Sturgeon Bay, was in court on May 18 on a count of OWI (7th) and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for June 15.
