Samuel J. Boone, Houston, TX, was in court on May 5 on four counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for June 8.

Jesse Gaylord Groskreutz, Coloma, was in court on May 5 on a count of Interfere w/Fire Fighting-Alarm/Fighters and a count of Resist Officer – Substantial Bodily Harm/Soft Tissue Injury. A Waiver of Prelim is scheduled for May 28.

Colin A. Buschke, Wautoma, was in court on May 5 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. A status conference is scheduled for June 8.

Kathleen A. Kenney, Wild Rose, was in court on May 10 on a count of Manuf/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics, two counts of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, and a count of Possess w/Intent-Counterfeit Narcotics. Court sentences the defendant to: S/W- four years Probation. Conditions: seven months WCJ, with Huber. No Good Time Credit. To begin no later than June 15. Credit for four days served. Court does not object to jail transfer. AODA and follow through, Defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Costs to include $120 Drug Buy Reimbursement fee to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. Bond on file to be applied. DNA Sample and Surcharge ordered by the Court. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal Rights Given.

Todd M. Stahoviak, Neshkoro, was in court on May 10 on 18 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probably cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for June 8.

Marcus T. Reinford, Bethel, PA, was in court on May 10 on three counts of Theft-Business Setting>$5,000-$10,000 and a count of Theft-Movable Property >$5,000-$10,000. A status conference is scheduled for June 29.

Cullen A. O’Keefe, Wautoma, was in court on May 10 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A status conference is scheduled for May 28.

Nathan James Kozlowski, Wautoma, was in court on May 11 on two counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and two counts of Criminal Damage to Religious Property. Court makes statement and sentences the defendant to: CT 1- 8 years WSP to be served as 3 years and 4 months IC and 4 years and 8 months ES. Three years probation. Consecutive to Count 1. Court finds the defendant eligible for CIP & SAP. Court orders the defendant to serve no less than 32 months of IC before being released to ES. Court grants 266 days credit for time served. Conditions of ES and Probation: $2500 to Waushara Community Church to be paid first and $24,980.07 to American Family Insurance. Restitution to be paid in payments of no less than $250/mo to begin within one month of release to ES. No Contact with Waushara County Community Church, unless written authorization to supervising agent. No Contact with Wautoma Rental Center. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. AODA and follow through. Costs to be paid through DOC collections. DNA sample is on file and surcharge assessed. Appeal Rights Given.
