Steven Rashard Jordan, Boscobel, was in court on Apr. 29 on a count of Conspiracy to Commit Battery to a Prosecutor, a count of Solicitation to Commit Battery or Threat to a Prosecutor, and a count of Solicitation to Commit 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide. A status conference is scheduled for June 8.

Leigh Raider Lafler, WI Rapids, was in court on Apr. 29 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A status conference is scheduled for May 24.

Justin Xavier Gomez, Waupaca, was in court on Apr. 29 on a count Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. A status conference is scheduled for June 8.

Gary Lee Meenan, Ripon, was in court on May 4 on a count of Burglary-Arm Self w/ Dangerous Weapon and a count of Theft-Movable Property-Special Facts. Court makes statement and finds the defendant was involved in an incident that constituted an unauthorized stop. Court makes further statement regarding unauthorized stop. Josue M. Rodriquez, Berlin, was in court on May 4 on a count of OWI Cause Injury (2+) and a count of PAC Cause Injury (2+). Court has read the complaint, finds probable cause and enters an order binding the defendant over. An arraignment to be held at a later date. An arraignment is scheduled for May 20.

Christopher R. Thiele, Waupaca, was in court on May 4 on a count of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). An initial appearance is scheduled for June 1.

DNA Sample is on file and Surcharge ordered by the Court. Appeal Rights Given.

Logan John Riegert, Wild Rose, was in court on May 4 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A status conference is scheduled for June 1.

William J. Sanders, Waupaca, was in court on May 4 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court orders $2000 Cash Bond. The Court will reconsider bond in the event that the defendant is entering into in-patient treatment. AIA Scheduled - NOH Given. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for June 8.
