Nathan Scott Hayden, Saint Paul, MN, was in court on Apr. 21 on a count of Burglary-Arm Self w/Dangerous Weapon and a count of Theft-Movable Property-Special Facts. A status conference is scheduled for May 20.

Elizabeth Lou Rodriquez, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Apr. 21 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A jury trial is scheduled for July 9.

Candis S. Bourdo, Fond Du Lac, was in court on Apr. 21 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 20.

Brenda A. Passarelli, Wautoma, was in court on Apr. 21 on a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A status conference is scheduled for May 24.

Marcques R. Lehouillier, Portage, was in court on Apr. 22 on two counts of Enticement, a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault, and a count of Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force, etc. Court makes statement-record establishes from the time of plea in December and sentencing in April the agreement changed. Court finds there was no breach of the plea agreement. Further statement by Court regarding finding. Court denies the motion for postconviction relief as to the breach of plea agreement. Court makes statement regarding the bond forfeiture and notice to surety. Court will enter recusal and will await another court to be appointed. Court and counsel make statement regarding hearing being set-Court clarifies it is to address the limited issue of bond and notice to surety.

Jason W. Kline, Wautoma, was in court on Apr. 22 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation and seven counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for May 20.

Michael D. Zlab Jr., Wild Rose, was in court on Apr. 22 on a count of OWI (4ht), a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th), and two counts of Battery to Law Enforcement Officer. A status conference is scheduled for May 18.

Derrick L. Brown, Chicago, IL, was in court on Apr. 22 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. A Waiver of Prelim is scheduled for May 18.

Brittney George Wargo, Montrose, CO, was in court on Apr. 22 on five counts of Throw/Discharge Bodily Fluid at Public Safety Worker or Prosecutor. The Defendant was ordered to make $150 monthly payments toward restitution starting Dec. 1, 2020. No payments have been made to date. Statement by DE – recently obtained employment. The Court orders that starting June 1, DE to make $250 monthly payments toward restitution continuing until Dec. 1, 2021. On Dec. 1, 2021 DE to make $150 monthly payments until paid in full.

Matthew Gregory Meehan, Wautoma, was in court on Apr. 23 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). Court finds there is probable cause and enters order binding over. Court modifies bond to $3,000 cash with conditions. An arraignment is scheduled for May 11.

Randy M. Prelesnik, Westfield, was in court on Apr. 23 on a count of OWI (5th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th). A hearing is scheduled for Apr. 27.

Lucas William Decaluwe, Oconomowoc, was in court on Apr. 23 on a count of Possess w/ Intent-Psilocin (<+100 g) and a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC (<=200 grams). Court orders: 58 month term of imprisonment - Bifurcated sentence - 22 mos IC/ 36 mos ES - 301 days CFTS - ES Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Appeal rights given. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and the Challenge Incarceration Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 16 months of the term of Initial Confinement.

Cynthia W. Hall, Park Ridge, IL, was in court on a count of Possess w/ Intent/Deliver Narcotics.  The Court places the case in suspended status pending toxicology results. STC scheduled – NOH Given. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 7.

Devin M. Berg, Wautoma, was in court on Apr. 26 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for June 1.

Nicholas Charles Slovinski, Wild Rose, was in court on Apr. 27 on a count of Repeated Sexual Assault and a count of Possess/Distribute/Exhibit an Intimate Representation. Court makes statement prior to sentencing and sentences the defendant to: CT 1- 38 years WSP to be served as 23 years IC and 15 years ES. Credit for 244 days’ time served. CT 2- 3.5 yrs WSP to be served as 18 mo IC & 24 mo ES, concurrent to Count 1. Conditions of ES: No Contact with I.S., B.S. and or Dr. H.O. Court finds the defendant ineligible for CIP and SAP. Appeal Rights Given.

The Court has read the complaint, finds probable cause, and enters order binding the defendant over. STC Scheduled – NOH Given. A status conference is scheduled for June 8.

Marlo A. Tarr, Redgranite, was in court on Apr. 27 on a count of Theft-Business Setting >$5000-$10,000. Court sentences the defendant to: S/W - two years probation. Randy M. Prelesnik, Westfield, was in court on Apr. 27 on a count of OWI (5th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th). The Court suspends the defendant’s EMD privileges as they had been ordered by the Court until June 15. The Court will review the defendant’s status as to the home detention order at that time. In the event that the jail finds that they are unable to meet the medical needs of the defendant they retain the authority to release the defendant on EMD within the jail rules as they deem appropriate. Hearing scheduled for June 15.
