Court makes statement and sentences the defendant to: 17CF222- 39 month WSP to be served as 15 months IC & 24 months ES. Credit for 284 days Time Served. Court finds the defendant eligible for CIP but ineligible for SAP. Court orders the defendant to served no less than 13 months IC prior to being released to ES. Conditions of ES: HSED or GED, No Contact with any school buildings within the Wautoma Area School District, No Contact with T.R., Psychological evaluation to be completed. Appeal Rights Given.

Ocean M. Vistain, Redgranite, was in court on Apr. 7 on three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Plea: No contest. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Court sentences the defendant to: S/W- Three years Probation. 58 days 20CF17, 58 days 20CF39 & 39 days on 21CF40. CONDITIONS: HSED or GED, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Derrell L. Lee, Cassville, was in court on Apr. 7 on two counts of Abuse-Intentionally Cause Harm. Court questions the defendant regarding time limits for preliminary hearing. Defendant waives the time limits for the preliminary hearing and court accepts. Court sets anticipated waiver of preliminary hearing and allows the State to file an amend complaint. Waiver of Prelim scheduled for Apr. 27.

Kevin M. Birkhofer, Redgranite, was in court on Apr. 7 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for July 13.

Arturo Sandocal-Ceron, Carson City, was in court on Apr. 9 on a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault. 12:20 p.m. Jury returned to the courtroom. Court reads the verdict. The impaneled jury finds the defendant Guilty as charged. Court polls each juror to confirm the verdict of each juror and the jury as a whole. Court questions counsel as to polling of jury-both satisfied. Court makes statement to jurors and releases them from the courtroom. 12:29 pm Jury excused. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 21.

Leigh Raider Lafler, WI Rapids, was in court on Apr. 12 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No operation of any motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license for the manner of operation. Court orders $1,000 Cash Bond. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for Apr. 29.

Sandra A. Hanson, Poy Sippi, was in court on Apr. 12 on 23 counts of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony. The Court requires that the remainder of the discovery being requested be provided by Apr. 19. The Court addresses the defense motions in limine. The Court takes an Old Chief stipulation from the DE. The Court addresses the State’s motions in limine. A jury trial is scheduled for Sept. 9.

Tamara Lynn Buckholz, Waupaca, was in court on Apr. 12 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). Defense motions to be filed by May 1. State’s motions to be filed by May 14. A final pre-trial is scheduled for May 17.

Jonathan Matthew Groling, Redgranite, was in court on Apr. 12 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Apr. 30.

Allen Lee Mande, Fremont, was in court on Apr. 12 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Defendant must pay $250 deposit by Apr. 16 then $100 monthly starting May 1 for court appointed counsel. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Apr. 29.

The Court enters and order modifying the bond conditions.

Jesse Gaylord Groskreutz, Coloma, was in court on Apr. 13 on a count of Interfere w/Fire Fighting-Alarm/Fighters and a count of Resist Officer – Substantial Bodily Harm/Soft Tissue Injury. A status conference is scheduled for May 5.
