Richard Burton Somers, Wild Rose, was in court on Feb. 15 on a count of Manu/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics and two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Non-Narcotics. A status conference is scheduled for March 11.

Bobbi Jean Korslin, WI Rapids, was in court on a count of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine(>3-10g), a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g), a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for March 11.

Logan Daniel Wohlt, Weyauwega, was in court on Feb. 16 on a count of Possession Methamphetamine, a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 2.

Nicholas Charles Slovinski, Wild Rose, was in court on Feb. 16 on a count of Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child (At Least 3 Violations of 1st or 2nd Degree Sexual Assault) and an account of Possess/Distribute/Exhibit an Intimate Representation.

Arturo Sandoval-Ceron, Carson City, MI, was in court on Feb. 16 on a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault. The court orders all reports to be provided to the officer in advance of the hearing. A final pre-trial is scheduled for March 17.

Kortez R. Smith, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 16 on a count of Sex Offender-Fail/Update Information and five counts of Fail/Maintain Sex Offender Registry. Plea: No contest to Count one and two. Counts three through six dismissed and read in. The Court orders the preparation of a PSI at the request of the parties. SHE scheduled – NOH given. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Apr. 19.
