Timothy P. Moore, Crivitz, was in court on Nov. 18 on a count of Possess w/Intent – THC (<=200 grams). The Court entertains waiver of preliminary hearing. The Court accepts voluntary waiver of preliminary hearing. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 28.

Ronald B. Serles, Friendship, was in court on Nov. 18 on a count of Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+). The Court withdraws the warrant previously issued. Hearing to address the State’s Motion to Revoke the Deferred Sentencing Agreement. The Court declines to find that the defendant has violation the terms of the agreement and it would continue on its terms.
