Nicole A. Kitchen, Neenah, was in court on Nov. 11 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 16.

Zachery Thomas Roycraft, Oshkosh, was in court on Nov. 12 on two counts of OWI (5th or 6th w/ Passenger < 16 Yrs Old) and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court has read the complaint, finds probable cause and enters an order binding the defendant over for trial. STC will be scheduled upon assignment of new court.

Dylan Philip Wemmer, Neshkoro, was in court on Nov. 12 on three counts of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 28, 2021.

Jeffrey Curt Royce, Sturgeon Bay, was in court on Nov. 13 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court orders $1,000 Cash Bond. STC scheduled – NOH Given. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 7.

Jessica A. Hlass, Warrens, was in court on Nov. 13 on nine counts of Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money. Court orders $2,500 Cash Bond. IA Scheduled – NOH Given. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for Dec. 1.

Christopher L. Lerma, Wautoma, was in court on Nov. 13 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). P/S hearing was to take place today. DE is requesting an adjournment due to the restrictions on Huber in the WC Jail. The Court grants the request for adjournment. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan 12, 2021.

Dominic J. Kurtzwiel, Wausau, was in court on Nov. 13 on a count of Abuse-Intentionally Cause Harm. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Maxwell L. As to both counts - AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, DE to maintain full time gainful employment, full time school or a combination of the two, $500 fine plus costs as to count two w/ 60 DTP or PP, Costs only as to count three w/ 60 DTP or PP, $1075 Drug Buy Money to be repaid in monthly increments of no less than $100 starting Aug. 1, 2021, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given.

Michael Omar Magallanes, Wautoma, was in court on Nov. 17 on a count of Threats to Injure/Accuse of Crime. Defendant must pay $250 deposit then $100 monthly starting Dec. 1 for court appointed counsel if not eligible for SPD services. AIA Scheduled – NOH Given.
