Preston B. Knutson, Almond, was in court on Nov. 5 on two counts of Repeated Sexual Assault (At Least 3 Violations of 1st Degree Sexual Assault), a count of Attempt 2nd Degree Sexual Assault/Use of Force, and a count of Threats to Injure/Accuse of Crime. Court finds probable cause and enters an order binding him over for trail. An arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Maxwell L. Bennett, Sun Prairie, was in court on Nov. 6 on a count of Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics, a count of Possess w/ Intent/Deliver Narcotics, three counts of Imitation of Controlled Substance, a count of Attempt Imitation of Controlled Substance, and a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 16.

Dana L. Burdett, Redgranite, was in court on Nov. 6 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was previously advised of the process to obtained court appointed counsel. Defendant has not yet paid the deposit. Defendant reminded that she must pay $250 deposit by Nov. 13 then $100 monthly starting Dec. 1 for court appointed counsel. The Court finds good cause to adjourn the IA. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 16.

Jonathan Matthew Groling, Redgranite, was in court on Nov. 6 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine.
