Elver Candelario Betanco-Vanegas, Madison, was in court on March 1 on two counts of 1st Degree Sex Assault. The Court finds probable cause. An arraignment is scheduled for April 4.

Gavin A. Phillips, Redgranite, was in court on March 1 on a count of Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement, two counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling, and a count of Criminal Damage to Property (Over $2500). The Court accepts the report of the doctor as evidence. The Court orders a competency evaluation be completed on an in-patient basis.

Tiffeny M. Schneider, Hancock, was in court on March 1 on a count of Possess w/Intent-THC (<=200 grams), three counts of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200 g), four counts of Manufacture or Deliver Prescription Drug, a count of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g), and a count of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (>1-5g).

Daniel Dale Clark, Bancroft, was in court on March 1 on six counts of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. An arraignment is scheduled for March 29.

Joshua Allen Reetz, Nesh-
koro, was in court on March 1 on a count of Substantial Battery-Intend Bodily Harm. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 26.

Ronald Dennis Middleton, Wetumka, OK, was in court on March 1 on a count of Take and Drive Commercial Vehicle w/o Consent. Based on the agreement reached between the parties, the Court will dismiss the case with prejudice. The Court directs the bond be remitted, in its’ entirety, to the complainant in this matter.

Cole S. Schonscheck, Winneconne, was in court on March 1 on two counts of Battery to Law Enforcement Officer and a account of Possession of Burglarious Tools. Court orders: As to both counts – five year term of imprisonment, bifurcated sentence. Two years IC/three years ES, concurrent to one another. 486 days CFTS. Conditions: AODA and follow through. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent including Anger Management. Remaining unpaid costs reimposed with 60 STP or PP, subject to contempt order. Defendant is eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program and the Substance Abuse Program. Defendant not eligible for release to ES until having served no less than 20 months of IC. Appeal rights given.

Percy J. Schmelzle, Wautoma, was in court on March 3 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for March 21.

William J. Sanders, Waupaca, was in court on March 7 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Operate with restricted Controlled Substance (5th or 6th). The Court finds there are no new factors being presented that would warrant re-sentencing. The Court declines the motion for reasons stated on the record.
