Justin J. Sertle, Oshkosh, was in court on Sept. 8 on two counts of Battery to Law Enforcement Officer, a count of Attempt Battery to Law Enforcement Officer, and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+). Plea: Counts 1, 5, 6, & 7 - NC. Repeater enhancer dismissed on all counts. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Counts 2, 3, 4, 8, & 9 - DRI. Court orders: As to Count 1 - S/W - Three years probation, consecutive to any existing sentence. As to Counts 5, 6, & 7 - S/W - Two years probation concurrent to Count 1, and consecutive to any other existing sentence. Conditions: AODA and follow through, The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. 44 days CFTS in the event of revocation. Appeal rights given, completed form to be returned to the Clerk of Courts by Sept. 15.

 

Brian Keith Harrington, Neshkoro, was in court on Sept. 8 on a count of Attempt Arson of Building w/o Owner’s Consent. The Court finds the defendant not competent, likely to regain competence within the statutory time limits. The Court orders the defendant’s participation in the Outpatient Competency Restoration Program. The Court amends the cash bond to a $10,000 Sig Bond with the same conditions. 65 days CFTS. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any sources of ignition or any combustible materials. Defendant must reside at the Sharon Langer Adult Family Home in Neshkoro or the Community Based Residential Facility in Milwaukee.

John Joseph Dopp, Wild Rose, was in court on Sept. 12 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). Court orders $5000 signature bond. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.

Thomas James House, Hancock, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of Possession of Cocaine/Coca (2nd+). A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 24.

Charles G. Bloede, Almond, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. The Court modifies the bond to a $10,000 Sig Bond. The Court directs the defendant to contact SPD regarding the status of counsel. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 12.

Isaac Chagala Martinez, Combined Locks, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of Vehicle, a count of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide and a count of Knowingly Operate w/out Valid License – Cause Death. A status conference is scheduled for Oct, 24.

Jesse Lee Ortiz, Wautoma, was in court on two counts of 1st Degree Sex Assault. The Court orders defense motions be filed by no later than Oct. 15. State’s motions to be filed by no later than Oct. 28. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Oct. 31.

William V. Bush, Corpus Christi, TX, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of Burglary and a count of Contribute to Delinquency of Child. A review is scheduled for Sept. 16.

 

Ronald Dennis Middle-ton, Wetumka, OK, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of Take and Drive Commercial Vehicle w/o Consent. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 24.

Jill Elizabeth Brunner, Berlin, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of Repeated Sexual Assault, a count of Failure to Act/Sexual Assault of a Child, a count of Neglecting a Child (Consequence is Sex Offense) and a count of Harboring/Aiding a Felon (A/B/C/D or unclassified felony/life). Plea: Cts 2, 3 & 4 – NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC Ct 1 – DRI. The Court orders the prepartation of a PSI at the request of the parties The Court revokes bond. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 28.

Ronald R. Juday, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of False Imprisonment and a count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Oct. 31.

Kyle Lee Janzen, Berlin, was in court on Sept. 13 on a count of Enticement-Sexual Contact and a count of Cause Child 13-18 to View Sex. Activity. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 12.
