Brittany Michelle Ban-delow, Oshkosh, was in court on Aug. 31 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court orders: $3000 cash bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that habe not been prescribed by a physician. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for Sept. 23.

Joshua J. Hedrick, Hancock, was in court on Sept. 6 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. Court orders: Ct 1 - Six year term of imprisonment consecutive to any existing sentence - Bifurcated sentence - three yrs IC/three yr ES. No CFTS. Ct 2 - S/W two years probation consecutive to Ct 1. Conditions to mirror the ES conditions. Ct 5 - S/W two years probation consecutive to Ct 1, concurrent with Ct 2. Conditions to mirror the ES conditions. ES/Probation Conditions: NC w/ A. R. unless directly approved by agent and after having completed DAAP, the Court permits remote communication exclusively to discuss the minor children in common, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and the Challenge Incarceration Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 30 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Appeal rights given.

 

Blake William Duket, Redgranite, was in court on Sept. 6 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 23.

Joshua Allen Reetz, Neshkoro, was in court on Sept. 6 on a count of Substantial Battery-Intend Bodily Harm. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 24.
