Court orders: S/W two years’ probation - Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, $250 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Effie M. Krosinski, Tomah, was in court on Oct. 14 on a count of OWI (4th). Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 19.
