Resident appreciative of community’s generosity

To the Editor:

My yoga instructor, Cathy Favelle, commented in class awhile back, about how wonderful it is to have opportunities in Wautoma like the Ice Age Trail event held Feb. 28 at Flyte Fieldstone’s Farm. It is true. We are a small rural community in Central Wisconsin and we are fortunate to have so many options for great physical activity.

And more good news…we are fortunate to live in a community where people help out, and help each other. I was in charge of a cookies/dessert for the Ice Age Trail event, I asked for donations from the IAT members, family and friends and I was overwhelmed with the generous response. We had plenty and enough left over to send them on to the young people who helped with the event.

So not only is it a beautiful place to live, it is a place where there are kind hearted, generous people willing to help.
