Etheridge and Slejko wed in Colorado

On Sept. 4, Craig Thomas Etheridge and Julia Frances Slejko were united in marriage on the lawn of The Colorado Chautauqua, in Boulder, CO, with Dr. Darrell E. Mount officiating. The reception and dance were also held in the National Historic Chautauqua dining hall at the same location. The bride’s gown was designed and sewn in Seattle by Cicada Bridal. It was a beautiful day with the foothills of the Flat Irons Mountains in the background. In attendance were friends and family from the West to East Coast and as far away as France. The maid of honor was Slejko sister, Gina Mohr, while the best man was Craig’s father, Andrew Etheridge of Wild Rose. The wedding party consisted of Craig’s sisters as bridesmaids, Andrea Skweres and Brooke Etheridge; the junior bridesmaid was Craig’s niece, Nina Skweres; junior groomsmen were Julia and Craig’s nephews, Desmond Mohr and Foster Skweres; flower girls, Craig’s nieces, Brynn and Louisa Skweres; ring bears Julia and Craig’s nephews, Charlie Mohr and Carter Skweres; plus precious bundles, Craig’s nieces, Rosalie Skweres and Sonja Etheridge. The groom and bride live in Baltimore, MD, where Craig is sales representative for Nuun Hydration and Julia is an assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. The couple will honeymoon this Christmas in Brussels, Belgium.
