Wautoma Library to host tea workshop
What better way to fight the winter chill than with a hot cup of tea? Join the Wautoma Public Library and Alice Dolata from Alice’s Rabbit Whole LLC in a workshop on herbal teas on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m.
Learn how to make herbal tea for pleasure or medicinal purposes. Participants will look at the difference between fresh, dried, bulk, and boxed teas. Also the difference in brew time for various plant parts: flower and leaf vs. root and barks. Tea can be hot, cold, iced, fruited, sun tea or “wined”.
To learn more or to sign up, call the Wautoma Public Library at 920-787-2988. A small donation is requested to help cover the cost of the class. The Wautoma Public Library is located at 410 W. Main St., Wautoma.
