The Waushara County Register of Deeds office is responsible for examining, recording, indexing and maintaining all Land Records, Certified Survey Maps, Plat/Subdivision Maps, Military Discharge Papers and Vital Records.

What county depart-ments use our records? The County Treasurer, Zoning & Land Conservation, Real Property Lister/GIS Specialists, Veterans Service, County Surveyor, Human Services, Child Support and Sheriff’s departments, all utilize our records in one way or another.
