The Central Wisconsin Health Partnership is pleased to announce that the Central Wisconsin Health and Economic Development Summit will be held in Green Lake, Wisconsin on Aug. 11, at the Heidel House Resort.
The summit will bring together local business leaders, service providers, community developers, health providers, financers and industry leaders to learn how their investments of time and resources can have a positive impact on health by supporting local, rural initiatives.
Community leaders will have an opportunity to re-view the key economic and health indicators in their community and connect with others working on similar local priorities in business development, local food and nutrition, education, employment, and technology infrastructure to help set future priorities.
“We are excited to bring together leaders from business, economic development, educational and public health sectors to identify opportunities for collaboration on a regional and local level. This summit will serve as the catalyst for developing regional strategies for improving the health and vitality of rural communities in Central Wisconsin” Sarah Grosshuesch, co-chair of the Central Wisconsin Health Partnership.
