Waushara County accident report

The Waushara County accident reports recorded from the Waushara County Sheriff's Office are as follows:

•7/9/15: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 8 a.m. on County Road XX, Town of Aurora. Megan Werch, 18, was traveling southbound on County Road XX when she rear ended Glenda Mamerow, 58, Redgranite, who had stopped due to traffic for a left turn. No injuries were reported. 

•7/10/15: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 3 a.m. on 5th Avenue, Town of Plainfield. Emmanuel Sanchez Anaya, 22, Coloma, was traveling northbound when he failed to negotiate a turn and struck a tree. Three citations were issued. No injuries were reported. 

•7/10/15: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 10:26 a.m. in a parking lot, Town of Marion. Reid Peot, 61, was stopped at the center aisle of a parking lot where a second vehicle was parked legally. Peot backed into the second vehicle causing damage. No injuries were reported. 

•7/10/15: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 6:50 p.m. on private property, Town of Leon. Dana Iversen, 21, Neenah, was attempting to back into a parking spot at Flannigan’s Resort within the campground. As Iversen was backing in she struck a parked vehicle with the front of her vehicle causing damage to the driver’s side of the parked vehicle and passenger side of her vehicle. No injuries were reported. 

•7/12/15: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 12:30 a.m. on private property, Town of Bloomfield. Edward Wohlt, 16, Fremont, stated he was going 60 mph when he swerved to miss a deer, left the roadway, and couldn’t get out of the ditch. His truck hit the embankment for the driveway and went airborne going over the driveway and landing nose first then flipping onto the bed and coming to a rest on its side. No injuries were reported. 

•7/12/15: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 1:10 p.m. on Beechnut Avenue, Town of Mt. Morris. Justin Norquist, 20, Redgranite, was traveling westbound on Beechnut Avenue when he saw smoke and realized his car was on fire. No injuries were reported.
