09/10/2020: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 2:29 p.m. on STH21 westbound in the Town of Marion. Jerome Maliszewski, 66, Muskego, and Branden Zobel, 32, Wautoma, were traveling westbound when Zobel was passing multiple vehicles on the left. Maliszewski merged into the left lane to pass a non-contact vehicle and Zobel contacts him on the passenger side. After speaking with Maliszewski, he advised that he didn’t see Zobel passing him and Zobel advised he wasn’t sure what was happening.
09/13/2020: A two-vehicle accident occurred on CTHF westbound in the Town of Marion. Katherine Krueger, 65, Milwaukee, slowed to turn left into a driveway. Aliya Almanza, 18, Berlin, had been traveling behind Krueger and admitted to not seeing that they were turning which caused Almanza to rear end Krueger. Krueger confirmed she had used her turn signal and Almanza did not deny this. Almanza denied being distract buy acknowledged that following to close was an accurate depiction of the events.
