6/29/2021: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 12:10 p.m. on STH21 westbound in the Town of Wautoma. Todd Tarr, 52, Redgranite, had stopped in a driveway and stated he looked but did not see Jose Sanchez, 65, Wautoma, in the second lane because of a truck turning into the same driveway. Tarr entered the roadway to turn left to go eastbound. Tarr made contact with Sanchez on the passenger side door. The driver of the truck turning into the roadway witnessed the accident and stated the same.
7/1/2021: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 6:34 p.m. on S Shore Dr. in the Town of Saxeville. Chad Saalsaa, 27, stopped in the roadway to turn around after meeting a trailer further down the roadway blocking the roadway. Legally parked Unit 2 was moved out of a driveway to allow Saalsaa to make a turn. Saalsaa then backed into and struck the front of Unit 2 as it was parked at the edge of the roadway. Saalsaa sustained damage to the back end of his vehicle and the lift gate. Unit 2 sustained damage to its bumper and grill area. Saalsaa pulled forward and a picture was taken of the rear of Saalsaa by Unit 2. Saalsaa was advised that law enforcement was going to be called for an accident report and that they needed to stay on scene. Unit 2 went to get a phone inside their home and when they returned Saalsaa had left the scene.
7/3/2021: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 11:27 a.m. on STH49 northbound in the Town of Bloomfield. Lori Loeffler, 56, Hortonville, was southbound while Jerome Piechowski, 65, Berlin, was northbound. A tire tread came off of Piechowski’s vehicle and struck front of Loeffler.
7/5/2021: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 11:20 a.m. on CTHH eastbound in the Town of Poy Sippi. Shawn Zawacki, 46, Neenah, stated while negotiating the curve his motorcycle drove over loose gravel in the roadway causing him to lose control and enter the ditch. He was wearing a helmet and gloves at the time of the accident.
7/9/2021: A three-vehicle accident occurred at 8:36 a.m. on CTHC westbound in the Town of Hancock. Nancee Schmidt, 48, Plainfield, was eastbound, Leonard Roloff, 80, Neshkoro, was westbound, and Logan Alberti, 30, Littleton, CO, was behind Roloff. Schmidt crossed center line striking Roloff. Alberti observed crash and went into ditch to avoid striking Roloff. Schmidt and Roloff had damage to driver side front. Alberti had damage to undercarriage. Schmidt admits to dozing off. Alberti observed Schmidt crossing the centerline, striking Roloff. Schmidt attempted to swerve to miss Roloff. A mailbox on the south side of County Road C in the vicinity of the crash was damaged.
