Monday, March 14: Hot Delivery. Chicken whole grain penne pasta with peppers, onions, cheese, tomato and cucumber salad, tropical fruit. Dining Center Cafés: Plainfield, Saxeville, Wautoma, Wild Rose.
Tuesday, March 15: Wautoma Bulk frozen Pick-up: Ham, baked potato with sour cream, broccoli, whole grain bread, cherry Jiffy dessert. Dining Center Cafés: Hancock, Poy Sippi, Wautoma.
Wednesday, March 16: Hot Delivery. Redgranite/Wild Rose Bulk Frozen Pick-up. The Dining Center Cafés in Coloma, and Redgranite will receive the following menu: Italian chicken breast, Italian vegetable blend, whole grain garlic bread, grapes. The Plainfield, Saxeville and Wild Rose Dining Centers will have the following menu: Corned beef and cabbage, carrots, potatoes, rye bread, fruit, lucky green dessert.
Thursday, March 17: St. Patty’s Day. Corned beef and cabbage, carrots, potatoes, rye bread, fruit, lucky green dessert. Dining Center Cafes: Coloma, Hancock, Poy Sippi, Redgranite, Wautoma.
Friday, March 18: Hot Delivery. No Meat Friday. Veggie soup, whole grain crackers, 4 bean salad, banana cream pie dessert.
Menus are subject to change. Senior Dining Centers will continue to operate as Café Pop-ups, and participants will receive that day’s menu items.
Face coverings are no longer required. Attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated. The goal is to increase to at least 3 days per week for most sites over the next few months, depending on staff availability and COVID activity.
