Kindergarten –
Penny Daily
Penny has been excelling in the classroom this month. She has been rocking it with her sight words and penmanship. Penny has been working hard to spell words and sentences using her letter sounds. She is very kind and respectful in and out of the classroom. Penny does a great job with her manners as well. Keep up the excellent work, Penny.
First Grade –
Jaxson Dobberthein
The first grade student of the month is Jaxson Dobberthein. Jaxson entered the year with a goal of becoming a reader. Not only did he set this goal, but he achieved it as well. His determination and hard work learning his letters, sounds, blends, digraphs and more has proven to be successful for him.
Jaxson often commented that he didn’t want to miss school because he wanted to keep learning. He continues to work hard each day and his hard work is to be commended. Way to go, Jaxson.
Second Grade –
Lexi Brown
Lexi comes to school each day ready to listen, learn, work and is always kind to her classmates. Lexi is a great helper in the classroom and often gives helpful reminders about things. Lexi is a good friend and get along with everyone. Keep up the good work, Lexi.
Third Grade –
Peyton Decorah
Peyton is a very helpful student and a good friend to all of her classmates. Peyton works hard in class each day. She participates and raises her hand to share in classroom discussions. Each week,
Peyton shows how well she has memorized her multiplication facts by continuing to move across the “Wall of Fame”. Peyton also always completes her homework on time. Keep up the great work Peyton.
Fourth Grade –
Kevin Bloede
This month’s Fourth Grade Student of the Month is creative, fun, and honest. He always tries his best on his assignments and is very willing to help a classmate in need. You can count on this student to always tell the truth and to listen when I give directions. He always says “thank you,” and even says “May I please...” before asking to do something.
This student is also a great team player and works well with everyone he is partnered with. For these reasons and many more, Kevin is the Fourth Grade Student of the Month.
Fifth Grade –
Henry Marotz
Henry has the biggest heart. He always wants the best for everyone and thinks about heir feelings. He is kind, caring, thoughtful and respectful with his classmates and wants to make their day better.
Henry wants to be in the mix and help others; he is very creative and shares great ideas in class. He is also smart and fun and adds a lot of life to the classroom.
Sixth Grade –
Ella Zarnoth
Ella is an excellent student and a friend to all. Her warm and friendly demeanor is contagious. Ella is very engaged in daily activities and is always willing to help out where needed.
She is organized, prompt and very respectful. Ella excels in all academic areas and has made high honor roll every quarter. Keep up the great work Ella.
