Gloria Jean Dunn, 71 of Redgranite, passed away peacefully, Friday, January 12 in New Mexico.
Gloria was born in Berlin, July 28, 1952, daughter of Dominick ”Chuck” Charles and Agnes MaryAnn (Sroka) Vetrone. She attended elementary school in Redgranite and Berlin. She graduated from Wautoma High School in 1970. She married Richard R. Dunn at Fairburn Church, November 6, 1971. Richard preceded her in death in 2016. They had 45 years of marriage. Gloria was employed at Piggly Wiggly in Redgranite as head cashier and then as assistant manager. Gloria loved spending time with her daughter, grandchildren, family and friends, flower gardening, cooking and baking, her past job, listening to her kind of music (Elvis and The Oldies but Goodies) and dog sitting for her daughters four pugs.
Survivors include her daughter; Renee Welch (Guy Walters) of Montello, her granddaughter Airikka (Adam) Rael of Colorado Springs, Colorado and her grandson Justin Welch of New York, three stepchildren; Lynn (Sam) Warpinski, Greenleaf, Lisa (Chris) Callen, Waukesha and Steve (Stacey) Dunn, Neshkoro; step-grandchildren; Leyton, Dalton, Aimon, Cash, Marissa, Sydney and Logan, a sister; Terry(Jeff) Kubitz and a brother; Chuck (Jackie) Vetrone, brother-in-law; Tom (Judy) Thomas, sisterin-law; Dianne Dunn, nieces and nephews; Paul, Roberta, and Matthew Skwarczynski, Tammy (Mike) Waltenberry, Jaimie (Matt) Zuehlke, Charles Vetrone, Sheila (Robert) Lehman, Sherry (Joe) Anderson, Kyle Kubitz, Kolin (Katie) Kubitz, Keaton Kubitz, Kurt (Lynda) Thomas, Kevin Thomas, Kyle Thomas, Kory (Corinne) Thomas, Kris (Gretchen) Thomas, Mark (Jackie) Dunn, Amy Dunn, and Jodi (Jason) Jischke. Gloria is also survived by her extended family of grandchildren, Matthew Walters, Kristian and Sid Lehman, Dominick, Joseph, Gloria, and Vincent Anderson. She is survived by other relatives and many good friends.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; Dominick and Agnes Vetrone, two sisters; Mary Ann Roberts, and Betty Jones and one infant brother Vincent.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Redgranite. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.
