AMVETS Riders Chapter 13 presents $5,000 donation to veterans emergency funds

The AMVETS Riders Chapter 13 out of Redgranite presented another donation to the Waushara County Veterans Office. This donation was funded with the proceeds from their annual benefit ride in August. Bill Rousseau, Waushara County Veteran Services Officer, was given a $5000 check donation for veterans emergency funds. AMVETS Riders have been giving to the CVSO since 2017 and has donated more than $33,000. All donations have been made from the AMVETS Riders annual benefit ride held each year on the third Saturday of August the weekend before Labor day weekend. The AMVETS Riders Chapter 13 appreciates each business and individual that donated their time, prizes for raffles, and money to helping veterans.
