A limited amount of the Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine is available from the Waushara County Health Department at the office at 230 West Park Street in Wautoma by appointment only, 920-787-6590.
They are offering Flu Clinics at the Health Department on the following dates:
Tuesday, December 1, from 1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday, December 4, from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Medicare Part B and Medicaid pay for the flu shots. Please bring all the insurance cards you take to your physician’s office with you. There is a limited supply of flu vaccine available for those that are uninsured or underinsured. If you have a child that is school aged or if you homeschool your child, student flu shots are also available. Please contact the Health Department at 920-787-6590 to schedule an appointment.
