Wisconsin’s new crossbow hunting law goes into effect this fall for deer,  however,  hunters have been able to use crossbows for hunting turkeys for a few years.

During the April 17 Central Conference matchup against Marion the Wild Rose boys’ baseball team took a four run lead in the first inning and never looked back. The Wildcats went on to win, 14-4.

 
American Martial Arts students compete at spring invitational

Several students from American Martial Arts Academy, Wautoma, participated in the 3rd Annual Midwest Association of Professional Martial Artists Invitational on April 3 in Appleton.

Hornets win on the road against Wisconsin Dells, 8-1

In the South Central Conference match up against the Wisconsin Dells Chiefs on April 11, the Wautoma Hornet boys’ baseball team came out strong with Colton Burt hitting a home run and Mitch Winter following with one of his own. The Hornets would walk away with the 8-1 win.
