NACC offering chair yoga classes

The Neshkoro Area Community Center will be offering another Chair Yoga Class beginning March 3. The class will be using the DVD “Stronger Seniors Workout Program” with Anne Pringle Burnett: Chair Exercises for the Mind & Body. Jennifer Culver recommended the DVD as a substitute until another yoga instructor is found.

A Quarter Action Bonanza will be held at Oakwood Bar Restaurant and Campground in Wild Rose on March 2 from 1 to 4 p.m. Proceeds from the bonanza will be given to Waushara Industries, Wautoma.

 
Salute to Andrew Lloyd Webber headed to Wautoma PAC

“Angel of Music – A Salute to Andrew Lloyd Webber” is coming to the stage at Wautoma’s McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center on Saturday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m.  Moose Inn, Alliant Energy Foundation, Dick Rathjen, Culvers Restaurant, Heid Music, and Gary Christensen at State Farm Insurance are sponsoring the performance. The show will feature Broadway stars Glory Crampton and Franc D’Ambrosio as they perform numbers from Webber’s musicals including: The Phantom of the Opera, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Sunset Boulevard, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Starlight Express, and more.  Local audiences will remember D’Ambrosio from a heralded performance at the PAC several seasons ago.

 
Swing Into Spring to include silent & live auctions March 8
