The Community Health Network system of clinics has announced their hours for the holiday season. All CHN clinics, including the CHN Walk-In Clinic, will close at Noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and will be closed all day on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day (Wednesday, December 25, 2013 and Wednesday, Jan. 1) to allow employees to spend time with their families.

This article will switch gears to discuss something that is not easily measured or easily studied but is present in our lives every day and affects our health. That something is stress we feel or perceive.
