The Patterson Memorial Library Board received an update on the summer reading program during a July 21 meeting.

The summer reading program is drawing to a close. The entertainment presentations have been very well attended, with the “Zoozort Live Animals” getting the biggest attendance over the previous acts. Two presentations – Jeff Carpenter Magic and Comedy, UW-Oshkosh Science Outreach: Frozen Show – were just given at Wild Rose Days on July 26. All that’s left now is the end of summer picnic with the Waushara County 4-H group on July 31 at 12:30 p.m.

 
Berlin Public Library to host programs in August Print E-mail

On Aug. 7, the Berlin Public Library will be hosting a Healthy Summer Smoothies program at 6:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to get in shape with healthy smoothies made from whole-foods ingredients. All recipes are gluten free, dairy free with no processed sugars, ice or weird powders.
