Tri-County High School held the WIAA Division 3 Track and Field Regional on May 27. The Wild Rose Wildcats came home with first place after 18 events and earning a total of 155 points. Team Rankings were: Wild Rose, 155; St. Mary Central, 114; Tri-County, 102; Port Edwards, 72; Pittsville, 70; Pacelli, 65; Almond-Bancroft, 52; and Assumption, 47.

The Wautoma Hornet girls’ softball team traveled to Adams-Friendship High School to take on the Lady Green Devils in the semifinal game of the WIAA Regional tournament on May 27 and lost 4-3 in 12 innings.

The Wautoma boys’ baseball team took on the Green Lake on May 27 at home. The Hornets had a tough battle against the Lakers losing by one run even though the team had a total of 9 hits throughout the game.

The Wild Rose Ladycats took first with 182 points after 18 events, Team Rankings were: Wild Rose, 155; Pacelli, 133; Pittsville, 92; Tri-County, 86; Assumption, 82; St. Mary Central, 43; Port Edwards, 25; and Almond-Bancroft, 17.
