On Friday, Sept. 19 at 3:47 p.m. the Waushara County Dispatch Center received a 911 call of three people standing outside of the United Migrant Opportunity Services School on County Truck XX in Town of Aurora. One of the people was reported to be pointing a handgun at the school.

State health officials announced on Sept. 22 the Waushara County Health Department had successfully passed the state’s health department review. As a result, the Waushara County Health Department will maintain its Level III status.

Sheriff’s office looking for suspect in gun robbery Print E-mail

On Sept. 13, the Waushara County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a stolen gun in the Town of Coloma. Taken sometime in the previous week was a Ruger Blackhawk .357 caliber six shot revolver. The gun was black in color with brown wood grips.
