The Wild Rose Presbyterian Church will host its annual Gymanfa Ganu on Sunday, Sept. 8 at 2:30 p.m. The name translates to a singing festival and recognizes the Welsh heritage of congregations singing sacred hymns (often in four-part harmony), usually under the direction of a choral director.

Vacation Bible School was held at Trinity Lutheran Church July 29-30.  Students discovered how they can get strength for the journey to resist temptations in the daily challenges of life through bible stories, activities, crafts and music.
