The Golden Sands Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc. recently recognized Joe Piechowski, Redgranite, for 25 years of service to their organization.

Piechowski has been Waushara County’s delegate to the Golden Sands RC&D Council since 1990. He currently serves as Chairperson of their Personnel & Finance Committee.

Waushara County Sheriff’s Office continues to take reports about scams taking place over the Internet. The latest scam involves a female who met a person on a popular website for singles. They formed a relationship over the phone and by sending emails to each other.
