|WR schools collaborate with Saxeville Community Church for "Mission Backpack"|

In collaboration with the Wild Rose School District, the goal is to stamp out hunger within the Wild Rose Schools. Of the students attending the elementary schools, 43 percent receive free or reduced cost meals. Such high percentages hint at a greater problem – insufficient food at home with which to feed children over the weekend. To help alleviate this problem, “Mission Backpack” was created in 2011 through the Saxeville Community Church.
