How are you sleeping?

A healthy lifestyle includes adequate sleep. Sleep is an essential part of everyone’s life. We spend about one third of our life sleeping. Sleep requirements differ for different individuals and different age groups. According to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, infants need 16 to 18 hours of sleep per day, preschool age children 11 to 12 hours, school age at least 10 hours, teens 9 to 10 hours, while adults need 7 to 9 hours.
