|Frozen road law took effect statewide Jan. 4|

On Jan. 4, at 12:01 a.m., Wisconsin’s frozen road law expanded to include Zone 5 in the southeast portion of the state. This means the law is now in effect statewide. The state’s other four frost zones designated by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) were officially declared frozen last month.
