Paul Miller honored for 54 years of officiating at Tri-County

Friends, family, and athletes packed the bleachers of Tri-County High School on Feb. 13 to honor Paul Miller for 54 years of officiating at Tri-County. He was presented with a wooden whistle made by Tri-County students to commemorate his time as a referee for basketball.
