This March and April, Family Health La Clinica (FHLC) welcomes new clinicians to its Behavioral Health Department in Wautoma and Friendship: Psychiatrist Dr. Jude Stenovitch and therapist Caroline Chalk. FHLC has additional licensed clinicians serving children, adolescents, and adults to meet your needs. New and existing patients can call 1-800-942-5330 to schedule at any FHLC location.
Dr. Stenovitch will provide general psychiatry and addiction medicine on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Friendship and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Wautoma beginning April 12. Caroline Chalk is a Licensed Professional Counselor-In-Training (LPC-IT) and Substance Abuse Counselor-In-Training (SAC-IT). She specializes in AODA and mental health counseling for adults and is available in Wautoma on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and every Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In addition to welcoming these new clinicians, Family Health La Clinica has medical openings and same-day appointments for both new and existing patients. FHLC Wautoma is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours on Mondays and Thursdays until 7 p.m. It’s important not to delay needed care and regular check-ups. Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Bronwyn Dilley has openings on Mondays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Paige Dorsey specializes in women’s health, including well woman care, contraceptive and family planning services, pre- and post-natal visits, and more. She also speaks fluent Spanish. Paige has openings Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with extended hours on Mondays and Thursdays until 7p.m.
Pediatrician Dr. Anne Means has openings on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. She specializes in child and adolescent care, including well-child exams, sports physicals, and more. Schedule a well-child exam and receive a brand-new book for free through the Reach out and Read program. You will get a new, age-appropriate book in the language of your choice (English, Spanish, or bilingual English and Spanish) at each well-child visit from age six months to five years.
