Nicole S. Schiefelbein, Redgranite, was in court on May 16 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 2.

Billie J. Lentz, Wautoma, was in court on May 17 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 13.

Melissa Dawn Engleman, Wild Rose, was in court om May17 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. No statement by DE. Court orders: Three years probation concurrent to any existing supervision - Conditions: As to Count 1 only - 90 days WC Jail - Huber, No GT, 80 days CFTS, sentence to commence by no later than 7/1/2022. As to both counts - AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Any counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given. Bond previously posted to be applied.

Dylon Ryan Okrzesik, Wausau, was in court on May 17 on a count of Forgery-Uttering. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for June 7.

Shawn A. Wheeler, Kingston, was in court on May 17 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer, a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and four counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court orders: $10,000 cash bond. Next hearing to take place via Zoom. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Zackary A. Partridge, Appleton, was in court on May 17 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Based on the non-appearance, Court authorizes issuance of arrest warrant extraditable within the continental U.S. Riverside Ruling in favor of the State.

Laticia Lynn Langley, Plover, was in court on May 17 on a count of Possession of Electric Weapon. Defendant must pay $250 deposit by May 20 then $100 monthly starting July 1 for court appointed counsel. Court orders $5000 signature bond. Court finds good cause exists to adjourn the IA. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. Defendant is prohibited from possessing any electric weapons. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.
