Douglas L. Casey, Coloma, was in court on Feb. 1 on eight counts of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 22.

Keith A. Eastling, Plainfield, was in court on Feb. 1 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). Defense motions to be filed by no later than March 1 and State’s motions to be filed by March 15. A final pre-trial is scheduled for March 29.

 

Trace D. Russell, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 1 on a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, a count of Abuse-Intentionally Cause Harm, and a count of Stalking. Defendant will be accepted back at his previous place of employment if Huber is reinstated. The Court allows the defendant Huber Privileges provided the defendant does not choose to utilize the EMD program. The defendant advises the Court that the jail is not allowing inmates out to exercise Huber Privileges because of COVID – all Work Release is being done through the EMD program. The Court reinstates the defendant’s Huber Privileges effective March 1.
