Timothy Shawn Suhs, Waupaca, was in court on Dec. 30 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (>1000-2500g), a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>1000-2500 grams) and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 14.

Randall A. Niles Jr., Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 30 on a count of OWI (4th), a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th), a count of Operate with Restricted Controlled Substance (4th), and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 14.

Alexander Brian McAllister, Port Edwards, was in court on Dec. 30 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court will appoint council upon payment of $250 by Jan. 7, and then payments of $100 per month commencing Feb. 1 until further order of the court. Court finds good cause to adjourn the initial appearance and sets same. An adjourned initial appearance I scheduled for Jan. 25.

Patrick James Carroll, Redgranite, was in court on Dec. 30 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 25.

Scott Michael Hartwig, Owen, was in court on Dec. 30 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 8.

Matthew Jay Gaboury-Gorges, Redgranite, was in court on Dec. 30 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent. Defendant states he was recently released from employment. Court refers the defendant to SPD. If the defendant does not qualify for SPD the court orders the defendant to pay $250 no later than Jan. 7 and then $100 per month commencing Feb. 1 and each month until further order of the court. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Jan. 25.

 

Shawn Claude Shier, Lodi, was in court on Jan. 3 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation (with a Previous Conviction) and two counts of Disorderly Conduct – Domestic Abuse Repeater. Court questions defendant regarding revocation of Huber for balance of sentence. Statement by defendant-requests the court not revoke for the balance of sentence and request reinstatement of Huber since it was been revoked since November. Court declines to authorize the relief requested by the defendant. Court makes further statement to defendant and revokes Huber for the balance of the sentence. Defendant request the court grant him a furlough. Court makes statement and denies request for furlough.

Jeremy M. Simon, Wild Rose, was in court on Jan. 3 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court orders $3500 Sig Bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and I prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No operation of any motor vehicles without a valid driver’s license for the manner of operation. An initial appearance is scheduled for Feb. 1.

Jacob Taylor Iversen, Wild Rose, was in court on Jan. 3 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. The court orders defense motions be filed by no later than Jan. 15 and State’s motions to be filed by Feb. 1. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Feb. 11.

Melissa Dawn Engleman, Redgranite, was in court on Jan. 3 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 19.

David R. Tatro, Lodi, was in court on Jan. 3 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th), a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th), a count of Bail Jumping-Felony, and a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent. ES Conditions: $1000 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, $42.50 Blood Draw Fee w/ 60 DTP or PP, Lifetime DL revocation, 36 months IID restriction, AODA and follow through, the defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Ct 4 - Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and the Challenge Incarceration Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 24 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Appeal rights given.

Jesse Lee Ortiz, Wautoma, was in court on Jan. 3 on two counts of 1st Degree Sex Assault. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 15.

Danielle Jean Treat, Vesper, was in court on Jan. 4 on a count of Substantial Battery-Intent Bodily Harm and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. No statement by defendant. Court sentences the defendant to: Four years probation. Three days CTS. Conditions: HSED/GED, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Kelly J. Moderson, Hortonville, was in court on Jan. 4 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Jeremy J. Hoople, Ripon, was in court on Jan. 4 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and a count of Receiving Stolen Property > $5000 - $10,000 or Firearm. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 8.

Brittney George Wargo, Montrose, CO, was in court on Jan. 4 on five counts of Throw/Discharge Bodily Fluid at Public Safety Worker or Prosecutor. Restitution of $533 still owed. Costs of $2182.19 still owed. Court orders 30 days WC Jail as to Count 5 only – Stayed – DE must pay the balance in monthly increments of no less than $200 per month starting March 1. In the event that a payment is missed the Court will lift the stay on the jail sentence.

 

Robin Jean Resor, Wautoma, was in court on Jan. 4 on a count of Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money. Court orders $2500 Sig Bond. Arraignment Scheduled – NOH Given. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. An arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 11.
