Tara L. Neumann, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 22 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 1, 2022.

Blake William Duket, Redgranite, was in court on Dec. 22 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 25, 2022.

 

Tanya Crystal Carlson, Redgranite, was in court on Dec. 22 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court has read the complaint, finds probable cause and enters an order binding the defendant over. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 25, 2022.

Joseph Daniel Monsoor, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 23 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). A jury trial is scheduled for May 10.

Conditions of ES/Probation: No contact with any females under the age of 18 years of age. No Contact with J. L.W. Sex Offender Treatment and follow through, Sex Offender Registry per 301.45 for a period of 15 years, consecutive to completion of sentence. Costs to be paid. DNA sample is on file and surcharge is assessed. Court 10-18-DNA and Child Pornography surcharge. DNA Surcharge is on file and Surcharge assessed. Bond is to be applied to all costs imposed. Appeal Rights Given.

William F. Boetcher, Waupun, was in court on Dec. 23 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. Based on the non-appearance by the victim, the Court sets the restitution at zero.

Court has read the amended complaint, finds probable cause and enters an order binding the defendant over. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan. 25.

Niki Lu Voie, Wild Rose, was in court on Dec. 28 on a count of Neglection (Consequence is Bodily Harm). A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 1.

Tamara Lynn Buckholz, Waupaca, was in court on Dec. 28 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). Plea: NC to Ct. 1. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Court dismisses outright CT 2. Court sentences the defendant to: S/W- Three years probation. CONDITIONS: 150 days WCJ, with Huber and Good Time Credit. To commence immediately. Three days CTS. Court does not object to jail transfer. AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. $1,200 fine plus costs plus the $42.50 Blood Draw fee to be paid through bond posted and balance within 60 days or payment plan.
