Court orders: Three year term of imprisonment consecutive to any other sentence currently being served - Bifurcated sentence - 1 year IC/2 years ES - 182 days CFTS - ES Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, $1400 Restitution to be repaid in monthly increments of no less than $200 starting the first day of the first month 30 days following release from IC, Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 10 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Defendant not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program. Appeal rights given.

Barry Marie Wollitz, Berlin, was in court on Dec. 6 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Request has been made for DE to participate in the Waushara County Treatment Court as the Green Lake County Treatment Court is no longer going to be running at the end of this year. The defendant does not object to an extension of the period of probation to allow time for completion of the program. The Court amends the JOC extending the period of probation to 30 months with the modified condition that the defendant is ordered to participate and successfully complete, to graduation, the Waushara County Treatment Court Program.
