Gavin A. Phillips, Redgranite, was in court on March 13 on a count of Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement Officer, two counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling, and a count of Criminal Damage to Property (Over $2500). A competency hearing is scheduled for April 11.

Lucas James Moeller, Hortonville, was in court on March 13 on a count of 1st Degree Sexual Assault and a count of False Imprisonment. Defendant is prohibited from having contact with anyone under the age of 18 unless they are in the immediate presence of a parent or guardian. Defendant may not use or access any electronic device capable of accessing the internet. The Court finds that the defendant is not competent but likely to regain competence within the statutory time frame. The Court would prefer that the treatment take place on an in-patient basis but would defer to the department as to how that treatment is to take place. The Court would like to address the defendant’s bond based on the defendant’s newly filed charges. The Court modifies the cash bond to $75,000 Cash Bond. The Court orders 40 days pre-commitment credit for time served.

Christopher Joseph Macijeski, Pine River, was in court on March 13 on four counts of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g) and a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>2500-10,000g). An arraignment is scheduled for April 26.

Chad A. Miller, Plainfield, was in court on March 14 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for April 18.

Michael R. Nendze Jr., Plainfield, was in court on March 14 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and a count of Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+). A status conference is scheduled for May 30.

Michael L. Pribnow, Waupaca, was in court on March 14 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th w/ Passenger <16 Yrs Old) and a count of Operating w/ PAC-Passenger <16 Yrs (5th or 6th). A status conference is scheduled for April 19.

Isaiah J. Tankersley, Redgranite, was in court on March 14 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for March 17.

Jimmie D. Keenlance, Hancock, was in count of March 14 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A jury trial is scheduled for May 18.
